Dr. Robinson

Howard T. Robinson, DVM

Dr. Robinson grew up in the Niagara Falls, area and earned his Bachelor's Degree from Cornell University. He graduated Cum Laude from Colorado State University with his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1992. He became part owner of Raintree Animal Hospital in 1998 and sole owner in 2008. He has a strong interest in internal medicine and senior pet care. Dr. Robinson enjoys spending time with his wife Randi and their children Madeline, Melissa and Mark.
John Arnold, DVM

John Arnold, DVM

Dr. John Arnold has practiced in Oregon, California, and Reno. Born and raised in Seal Beach, California, Dr. Arnold received a B.S. in Zoology and spent a semester abroad in Australia. He then completed a Masters in Business from Colorado State University and graduated from the Colorado State University of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Arnold is AAVMA Certified in Veterinary Acupuncture with a strong focus on pain management and neurological disease. Other professional interests include: dermatology, surgery, anesthesia, cancer patients, and strengthening the human/animal bond. His family includes an older chocolate lab named Marley, an English bulldog named Carter, and a tortoise named Ned. Outside of the hospital Dr. Arnold enjoys surfing, hiking, soccer, ice hockey, and photography. He joined the Raintree staff in September 2008.

Deborah Kiser, DVM

Dr. Kiser grew up in the Midwest and graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. She has worked in small animal practices for over twenty years, including several cat specialty clinics. She originally worked part-time at Raintree in 2000, and then returned to work for us in 2006. She loves learning, and is always taking classes related to veterinary medicine or other interests. In her spare time she enjoys music and being creative with arts, crafts, and photography. Dr. Kiser has two kitty “children” at home, Claudia and Tango.

Support Staff

Raintree Animal Hospital employs a support staff whose foremost goal is to ensure that all your pet's health care needs are met to the fullest. Our patient care team is an integral part of providing care and comfort. They assist the doctors in the exam rooms and surgical suites, and they closely monitor your pet during surgery. The client relations team strives to accommodate your needs, from scheduling appointments to diligently finding the answers to any questions or problems you may have.

Certified Veterinary Practice Manager / Certified Veterinary Technician

Nikki

Nikki

Nikki has been a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) since June 1999, and is also a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM). She successfully completed the national CVPM exam through the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) in Nashville, TN on October 8, 2007. Nikki is the mother of son Brogan and daughter Makenna. In her spare time Nikki enjoys watching movies and TV and doing fun family activities. Nikki plans on a long future at Raintree. She enjoys her job and coworkers - "It's a great place to work."

Office Manager

Sarah

Sarah was born and raised in Denver Colorado. She moved to Fort Collins in 2000 to attend Colorado State University. In 2005 she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology and in Animal Sciences. She joined the Raintree staff in January 2006. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, sewing, reading, playing music, hiking, and camping. Her pets include a cat named Milo and an Italian greyhound puppy named Gracie.

Client Relations

Jordan

Jordan joined the Raintree staff in December 2007. He has a bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences and will finish his Master's Degree in December 2011. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife Tracy, and their dogs Lily and Ginger. He also enjoys playing poker and is planning on attending vet school at CSU in August 2012.
Natalie

Natalie

Natalie was born and raised in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. After graduating high school in 2002 she moved to Fort Collins to attend Colorado State University. She graduated in 2007 with a double major in Biology and Zoology and later joined the RAH team in October 2008. In her spare time she loves to read, study the bible, and hang out with her three roommates. Her hopes are to one day be a wife and mother and to learn to love God more with each day she is given.

Mellissa

Mellissa

Mellissa is a certified veterinary technician with a strong compassion for animals of all kinds. She graduated from tech school in May 2007. Her true passion is to love as many furry critters as possible and build strong bonds with their owners as well. She has a dog Zoe, and three cats Emma, Puck and Bowdyn. She enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and talking as much as possible! She is excited about life and what the future holds.

Veterinary Technicians

Caleb

Caleb started working at RAH in September 2006. He currently attends CSU and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Biomedical Neuroscience. His goal is to attend CSU vet school in the fall of 2008. Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife Kyla, fishing and camping. Caleb is very handy – he fixes a lot of things here at Raintree.

Crystal

Crystal was born and raised here in Fort Collins. After a three-year disappearance to Denver, she is back and going to school studying dog biology and behavior. Along with being a veterinary technician, Crystal also helps with the kennels. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her two crazy australian cattle dogs and being with her friends.

Kayleigh

Kayleigh grew up in New Jersey and graduated from the University of Vermont in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science. She has worked with animals, mainly horses and dogs, since she was a teenager. When not at work, she enjoys horseback riding, skiing, traveling, and spending time with friends and her dog Dalton. She is new to Fort Collins but hopes to stay for a long time.
